Abstract

Building construction requires sturdy building materials so that the building can last a long time and can withstand the planned load. To support the robustness of the building construction, strong and quality materials are needed in order to meetthe quality of the planned concrete In this study, to examine the effect of Slag Cement as a combination material with OPC cement and Ligno as an added ingredient to improve the quality of concrete and accelerate the bonding of the concrete to determine the optimum value of the compressive strength of the added material to the concrete used dose variations of 0.8%, 1.2%. , 1.6% and 2.0% and use 10% slag cement as a combination material to OPC cement The results of the research conducted from the use of ligno concrete obtained that the average compressive strength ofLigno concrete was 0.8% (50ml j, 1.2% (75ml j, 1.6% (l00ml) and 2.0 (125 ml)% respectively. respectively 34.79MPa,39. 22 MPa, 37.54 MPa, and 31.90 MPa. Results The average compressive strength of the combination of slag cement with OPC cement without Ligno is20.87 Mpa. The results of the percentage increase in the compressive strength of concrete with Ligno 0.8OXo, 1.2%, 1.6OXoOTtd 2.0% against normal concrete are 67%, 88%, 80OXo aTid 48Oo, respectively. The mechanical properties of Ligno concrete and slag cement show that the composition ofLigno 1.2% t75mll is the optimal composition for use in concrete as an additive.

Additional Information: Konstruksi bangunan memerlukan bahan bangunan yang kokoh sehingga banguan tersebut dapat bertahan lama dan dapat menahan beban yang direncanakan. Untuk mendukung kekokohan konstruksi bangunan tersebut, maka diperlukannya material-material yang kuat dan berkualitas agar dapat memenuhi kualitas beton yang sudah direncanakan. Dalam penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Semen Slag sebagai bahan kombinasi dengan semen OPC dan Ligno sebagai bahan tambah untuk meningkatkan mutu beton dan mempercepat pengikatan pada beton untuk mengetahui nilai nilai optimum kuat tekan bahan tambah terhadap beton digunakan variasi dosis 0,8% , 1,2% , 1,6% dan 2,0% serta menggunakan 10% semen slag sebagai bahan Kombinasi terhadap semen OPC Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari penggunaan beton ligno diperoleh hasil kuat tekan rata-rata beton Ligno 0,8% (50m1), 1,2% (75m1), l,60/o (100m1) dan 2,0 (125 m1)% secara berurutan sebesar 34,79 MPa, 39,22 Mpa, 37,54 MPa, dan 31,90 MPa. Hasil Kuat tekan rata dari kombinasi semen slag dengan semen OPC tanpa Ligno adalah 20,87 Mpa. Hasil Persentase Peningakatan Kuat tekan beton Dengan Ligno 0,8% , 1,2% , 1,6% dan 2,0% terhadapan beton normal secara berturut-turut adalah 67%, 88% , 80% dan 48%.Data pengujian sifat mekanis dari beton Ligno dan semen slag ini menunjukan komposisi Ligno 1,2% (75m1) adalah komposisi yang optimaluntuk digunakan beton sebagai bahan tambah.
