Abstract
The purpose of writing the Final Project Report is to know, study and understand how the Implementation of Direct Marketing at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the Cilegon Branch Office. The writing method used in this research is descriptive research from primary and secondary data, data collection is based on interviews, observation, and documentation of secondary data. The results of the final assignment related to the implementation of direct marketing at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the Cilegon branch office were declared good. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilegon Branch Office applies direct marketing such as direct mail marketing, catalog marketing, and marketing through social networks (social media marketing). the implementation of direct marketing is also supported by marketing elements such as Target Audience, Mailing List, Message, Call to Action, Measurement. Employment BPJS must maintain consistency and need to improve direct marketing to produce better results.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir adalah untuk mengetahui, mempelajari dan memahami bagaimana Penerapan Direct Marketing Pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Cilegon. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dari data primer dan sekunder, pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil tugas akhir terkait penerapan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing) pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor cabang Cilegon dinyatakan sudah baik. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Cilegon menerapkan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing) seperti pemasaran surat langsung (Direct Mail), pemasaran lewat katalog (Katalog Marketing), dan pemasaran lewat jejaring sosial (media sosial marketing). penerapan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing) juga didukung unsur-unsur pemasaran seperti Khalayak sasaran (Target Audience), Daftar alamat (Mailing List), Pesan (Message), Panggilan untuk bertindak (Call To Action), Pengukuran (Measurement). BPJS Ketenagakerjaan harus menjaga kekonsistenan dan perlu meningkatkan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing) guna menghasikan hasil yang lebih baik. | |||||||||
