Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to find out the implementation of Personal Selling in an effort to increase the number of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership in Cilegon City Branch Offices and find out the obstacles and solutions. The method used in writing this Final Project Report is a descriptive method by processing primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The Personal Selling activities carried out by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the Cilegon City Branch Office went well, because the PERISAI agents who carried out the Personal Selling carried out their roles and processes very well. Thus, the trend of the number of membership in Employment BPJS increases every month in 2023 during the first quarter. There are 3 forms of Personal Selling, namely Field Selling, Retail Selling, and Executive Selling. PERISAI agents are included in the form of Field Selling and apply 6 Personal Selling processes, namely selecting and assessing prospects, pre- approach, approach, presentation, closing, and follow-up. This Personal Selling also has several obstacles such as website errors and lack of supporting attributes.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Personal Selling dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Kota Cilegon dan mengetahui kendala- kendala serta solusinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengolahan data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan Personal Selling yang dilakukan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Kota Cilegon berjalan dengan baik, karena agen PERISAI yang melakukan Personal Selling tersebut menjalankan peran dan prosesnya dengan sangat baik. Sehingga, tren jumlah kepesertaan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan meningkat setiap bulannya pada tahun 2023 selama kuartal pertama. Terdapat 3 bentuk Personal Selling yaitu Field Selling, Retail Selling, dan Executive Selling. Agen PERISAI termasuk kedalam bentuk Field Selling dan menerapkan 6 proses Personal Selling yaitu memilih dan menilai prospek, pra pendekatan, pendekatan, presentasi, penutupan, dan tindaklanjut. Personal Selling ini juga memiliki beberapa kendala seperti website error dan kurangnya atribut pendukung.
