Abstract
Financial Statements are the object and evidence of accountable and transparent financial management to find out every transaction recording while using the State budget as needed at the Regional Office of DJKN Banten. The analysis method in this writing is to use descriptive analysis methods and the results of interviews with related agencies. The analysis method outlines the results of research to find out how the development of financial statements, especially in the Balance Sheet Report and Budget Realization Report (LRA) using analytical tools, namely several ratios such as liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, revenue effectiveness ratio, expenditure efficiency ratio, income growth rate, and expenditure growth rate. Then the results of the interview outlined the accountability and transparency for the use of the State budget to affect the financial statements at the Regional Office of DJKN Banten. Based on the purpose of writing this report, the development of financial statements is obtained from the results of each ratio value that has been analyzed, as well as accountability and transparency for the use of the State budget affecting the financial statements at the Regional Office of DJKN Banten.

| Additional Information: | Laporan Keuangan adalah sebagai objek dan bukti pengelolaan keuangan yang dipertanggungjawabkan dan transparan untuk mengetahui setiap pencatatan transaksi selama menggunakan anggaran Negara sesuai yang dibutuhkan pada Kanwil DJKN Banten. Metode analisis dalam penulisan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan hasil wawancara dengan pihak instansi terkait. Metode analisis tersebut yang menguraikan hasil penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan laporan keuangan khususnya pada Laporan Neraca dan Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) menggunakan alat analisis yaitu beberapa rasio seperti rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio efektivitas pendapatan, rasio efesiensi belanja, tingkat pertumbuhan pendapatan, dan tingkat petumbuhan belanja. Kemudian pada hasil wawancara tersebut menguraikan pertanggungjawaban dan transparansi atas penggunaan anggaran Negara berpengaruh terhadap laporan keuangan pada Kanwil DJKN Banten. Berdasarkan tujuan penulisan pada laporan ini, maka didapatkan perkembangan laporan keuangan dari hasil masing-masing nilai rasio yang telah dianalisis, maupun pertanggungjawaban dan transparansi atas penggunaan anggaran Negara berpengaruh terhadap laporan keuangan pada Kanwil DJKN Banten.
