Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze how to improve employee performance, explore a conceptual model, and resolve the gap in the research on transformational leadership style and work motivation through work discipline at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang Stockfit division. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causality approach. The object of this study was PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang Stockfit division, using a sample of 190 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results of this study state that: 1). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. 2) work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. 3). transformational leadership style has a significant influence on work discipline. 4). work motivation has a significant influence on work discipline. 5). work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. 6). work discipline mediates the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. 7). work discipline mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, mengeksplorasi sebuah model konseptual, penyelesaian dari adanya gap penelitian dari variabel gaya kepemiminan transformasional dan motivasi kerja melalui disiplin kerja pada PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang divisi Stockfit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang divisi Stockfit, menggunakan sampel 190 responden Jawaban kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 – 10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1).hasil penelitian ini menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3).gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. 4).motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. 5).disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 6).disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. 7).disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
