Abstract
According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2015) it shows that the number of people with hypertension continues to increase every year, around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 out of 3 people in the world is diagnosed with hypertension. Exit plays an important role in the fulfillment and treatment of hypertension. It is said to be hypertension if the blood pressure reaches 140/70 mmHg. Health in the family can be influenced by the role of family members. If the family is able to recognize, care for, make decisions when one of the family members is sick, then the readiness to increase the existing knowledge in the family is effective. Purpose: to describe the actions of family nursing care for clients who suffer from hypertension with readiness to increase knowledge which includes: assessment of determining nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation of results. Results: after carrying out family nursing care for 3 days the visit showed that the readiness to increase knowledge was resolved. Conclusion: Nursing care with appropriate interventions and implementation can overcome the problem of increased knowledge readiness..

Berperan penting dalam pemenuhan dan perawatan pada anggota keluarga yang mengalami hipertensi. Dikatakan hipertensi jika tekanan darah menyampai 140/70 mmhg. Kesehatan dalam keluarga dapat dipengaruhi oleh peran anggota keluarga. Jika keluarga mampu mengenal ,merawat, mengambil sesuatu keputusan saat salah satuQ1 `WQ anggota keluarga sedang sakit maka kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan yang ada di keluarga adalah efektif. | |||||||||
