Abstract

This study aims to examine Business Risk as a Moderating Effect of Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership on Debt Policy in Property and Real Estate companies in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data used is sourced from the annual reports of property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for 2017-2021. The observation data used is 100 data. The analysis technique used in this research is the Moderating Regression Analysis Test. The results of this study are that managerial ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on debt policy, institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, business risk is not able to moderate the effect of managerial ownership on debt policy, and business risk is able to moderate the effect of institutional ownership on debt policy.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Risiko Bisnis sebagai Pemoderasi Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Kebijakan Hutang pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari annual report perusahaan sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Data observasi yang digunakan sejumlah 100 data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Uji Moderating Regression Analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, risiko bisnis tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kebijakan hutang, serta risiko bisnis mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kebijakan hutang.
