Abstract
The industrial sector is the dominant sector in absorbing the labor and votes are able to improve the economy of the community, the presence of industry sectors resulted in the eviction of agricultural lands, resulting in execution of the existence of the farmers in the agricultural sector experienced a decline and change the orientation of his works. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship of the development of the industry with the orientation of the work of the community in the village of Panamping. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive, using the method of survey research, the site is located at Panamping village of Bandung Subdistrict. The unit of analysis in this research as much as 82 respondents determined with the formula retrieval Techniques with Slovin respondents using Cluster Sampling method, based on a radius of 100-500 meters from the location of the industry. To analyze the relationship between the impacts of the construction industry with the orientation of the work of the community using the Product Moment Correlation test Pearson. The results of statistical tests show that the impact of industrial development among variables with variable orientation of the work, there is a significant correlation and are positive. Industrial development in the village of Panamping, change the orientation of the work of the villagers and provide job opportunities for the Community industry however industry development surroundings eliminate 30 ha of productive agricultural land.

| Additional Information: | Sektor industri merupakan sektor dominan dalam menyerap tenaga kerja dan dinilai mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, hadirnya sektor industri tentu berdampak terhadap penggusuran lahan pertanian yang mengakibatkan eksistensi petani dalam menggarap sektor pertanian mengalami penurunan dan mengubah orientasi pekerjannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan peralihan lahan pertanian ke sektor industri (PT. Gizindo Sejahtera Jaya) di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Panamping, (2) Mendeskripsikan orientasi pekerjaan masyarakat di Desa Panamping, (3) Mengidentifikasi hubungan pembangunan industri PT. Gizindo Sejahtera Jaya dengan orientasi pekerjaan masyarakat di Desa Panamping Kecamatan Bandung Kabupaten Serang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, dengan lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Panamping Kecamatan Bandung, sebelumnya merupakan desa agraris dimana masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani, seiring perkembangan pembangunan industri, mengubah orientasi pekerjaan masyarakat desa. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunkana kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan responden menggunakan metode Cluster Sampling, berdasarkan radius 100-500 meter dari lokasi industri, sebanyak 82 responden, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dari jumlah populasi 461 KK. Interpretasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan catatan dari lapangan dan analisis tabel tunggal. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dampak pembangunan industri dengan orientasi pekerjaan masyarakat menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. | |||||||||
