Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine its feasibility the website as a biology learning media that contains grade 12 evolution material. Biovolweb is 'Bio'logy and e'vol'ution website. The research method used in this study was the Research and Development (R&D) development method with Sugiyono's research model (analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and limited product trials). Website development is made using Googlesites. Validation by the expert assessment includes aspects of material quality and language getting an average value of 76% and the media expert validation assessment includes aspects of learning media design, media convenience, and media suitability for subjects getting an average value of 88%. The user response test results get an average value of 99%. Based on these three results, the development of the website as a biology learning media on evolution material is included in the category of very feasible to use as a biology learning media on evolution material with an average value of 90%.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan website sebagai media pembelajaran biologi yang memuat materi evolusi kelas 12. Biovolweb yaitu ‘Bio’logi dan e’vol’usi website. Pengembangan website dibuat dengan menggunakan Googlesites. Penilaian validasi ahli materi mencakup aspek kualitas materi dan kebahasaan mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata sebesar 76% dan penilaian validasi ahli media mencakup aspek desain media pembelajaran, kemudahan media, dan kesesuaian media dengan mata pelajaran mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata sebesar 88%. Hasil uji respon user mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 99%. Berdasarkan ketiga hasil tersebut pengembangan website sebagai media pembelajaran biologi pada materi evolusi termasuk kategori sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran biologi pada materi evolusi dengan nilai rata-rata 90%.
