Abstract

PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI identified the problem of customer complaints and the goal in preparing this Final Project was to find out the efforts to create customer satisfaction in PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI, Serang Regency. The method used is descriptive method, using the type of data collected is primary data obtained through an informant with the position of SPV Customer Relations and Marketing, while secondary data is obtained from several sources such as books, research journals, and the internet. The final data collection task uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this final project reveal that the efforts made by PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI are quite good, by implementing several components to maintain product quality for customer satisfaction such as performance, durability, features, reliability, consistency, and design at PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI, for service quality implementing several components such as responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and direct evidence to continue to maintain customer satisfaction.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui seorang informan dengan jabatan SPV Hubungan Pelanggan dan Pemasaran, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti buku, jurnal penelitian, dan internet. Pengumpulan data tugas akhir ini menggunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini memperlihatkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI cukup baik, dengan menerapkan beberapa komponen untuk menjaga kualitas produk pada kepuasan pelanggan seperti kinerja, daya tahan, fitur, kehandalan, konsistensi, dan desain pada PERUMDA TIRTA ALBANTANI, untuk kualitas jasa menerapkan beberapa komponen seperti, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan, empati, dan bukti secara langsung untuk terus menjaga sebuah kepuasan pelanggannya.
