Abstract
This research, conducted using a phenomenological approach, is intended to reveal the experiences and direct meanings a person encounters when participating in digital activism. The phenomenon presented in this study concerns digital activism in the hashtag #capitalofdistrict. By using the Connective Action theory from Bennet and Segerberg, this study is explained using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The research explores how the people of Serang City participate in conveying public issues through digital media. Based on the analysis and processing of findings, the conclusion of this study is that digital activism in Serang City reflects key aspects of Connective Action theory. Individuals use social media to express their personal anxieties, but the collective effect of these expressions, united by the use of shared hashtags, brings about coordinated connection changes.

| Additional Information: | Sebagai riset yang dilakukan menggunakan kajian fenomenologi ini dimaksud untuk mengungkap terkait pengalaman serta pemaknaan langsung seseorang ketika berpartisipasi pada aktivisme digital. Fenomena yang disajikan pada penelitian ini mengenai aktivisme digital pada tagar #ibukotakecamatan. Dengan menggunakan teori Connective action dari Bennet dan Sergberg, penelitian ini dijelaskan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Adapun pengungkapan dari penelitian menelaah Bagaimana pengalaman masyarakat Kota Serang berpartisipasi menyalurkan permasalahan publik melalui media digital. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengolahan hasil temuan, maka simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa aktivisme digital di Kota Serang mencerminkan aspek-aspek kunci dari teori Connective Action. Individu menggunakan media sosial untuk mengekspresikan keresahan mereka secara personal, namun efek kolektif dari ekspresi ini, yang disatukan oleh penggunaan hashtag bersama, membawa perubahan koordinasi koneksi. | ||||||
