Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan aktivitas yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas ataupun keberhasilan dalam sebuah kegiatan pembelajaran. Sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan evaluasi, perlu dilaksanakan kegiatan asesmen pembelajaran terlebih dahulu. Asesmen pembelajaran adalah sebuah kegiatan sistematis yang bertujuan mengukur hasil belajar siswa dan keefektifan sebuah proses pembelajaran. Pada skala nasional, asesmen peserta didik terkemas dengan bentuk Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persiapan ANBK di SMK Kota Serang, mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan ANBK di SMK Kota Serang dan mengidentifikasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan ANBK di SMK Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi kesenjangan melalui instrumen tes, kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 SMK di Kota Serang dengan sampel sebanyak 158 siswa dan 41 guru. Hasil dari penelitian mendapati bahwa peserta didik SMK di Kota Serang belum baik dalam mengerjakan soal-soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Tidak seluruhnya tenaga pendidik SMK Kota Serang setuju dengan kegiatan Asesmen Nasional. Persiapan yang dilakukan oleh SMK Kota Serang dalam menghadapi ANBK difokuskan terhadap persiapan siswa dalam menjawab soal-soal AKM dan sarana prasarana pendukung pelaksanaan ANBK. Pelaksanaan ANBK SMK Kota Serang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Hasil rapor pendidikan merupakan keluaran pelaksanaan ANBK. Namun, pelaksanaan ANBK di SMK Kota Serang tidak terlepas dari kendala seperti, belum lengkapnya infrastruktur dan terdapat siswa yang tidak hadir dalam pelaksanaan.

Additional Information: Evaluation is an activity that aims to determine the quality or efficacy of a lesson. Before the evaluation activity is carried out, it is necessary to carry out learning assessment activities first. Learning assessment is a systematic activity that aims to measure student learning outcomes and the effectiveness of a learning process. On a national scale, student assessment is packaged in the form of Computer-Based National Assessment. This study aims to describe the preparation of ANBK in Vocational High Schools in Serang City, determine the success of ANBK implementation in Vocational High Schools in Serang City and identify any obstacles in the implementation of ANBK in Vocational High Schools in Serang City. This research is an evaluation research with a discrepancy evaluation model through test instruments, questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation studies. The population in this study were 3 Vocational High Schools in Serang City with a sample of 158 students and 41 teachers. The results of the study found that vocational students in Serang City are not good at working on Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) questions. Not all teachers of vocational schools in Serang City agree with the National Assessment activities. Preparations made by vocational schools in Serang City in handling ANBK focused on the preparation of students in answering AKM questions and supporting infrastructure for ANBK implementation. The implementation of ANBK at SMK Kota Serang is in the following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The results of the education report card are the output of the ANBK implementation. However, the implementation of ANBK at SMK Kota Serang is inseparable from obstacles such as incomplete infrastructure and students who do not attend the implementation.
