Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Banten Province. The sampling technique used in this study is the Random Sampling Criteria, this technique is used because not all employees can be sampled. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the measuring instrument used was the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis test (t test). By using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. Regression measurement results are obtained with the equation Y = 0.254 + 0.177X1 + 0.204X2 + 0.343X3 + 1.240 and the adjusted R square data is 0.558, this means 55.8% of the variables of organizational culture, work motivation, and work motivation has an influence on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Banten Province, while the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The results of the partial study (t test) state that the organizational culture variable has a value of tcount > ttable that is 2,367 > 1,993 and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05 meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a value of tcount > t table is 2.411 > 1.993 and a significance level of 0.019 < 0.05 means that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the work discipline variable has a value of tcount > ttable that is 3.851 > 1.993 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 means that work discipline has positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Random Sampling, teknik ini digunakan karena tidak semua pegawai dapat dijadikan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Diperoleh hasil pengukuran regresi dengan persamaan Y = 0,254 + 0,177X1 + 0,204X2 + 0,343X3 + 1,240 ε dan data adjusted R square sebesar 0,558 hal ini berarti 55,8% variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementria Agama Provinsi Banten, sedangkan 44,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) menyatakan bahwa, variabel budaya organisasi memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,367 > 1,993 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,021 < 0,05 artinya budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,411 > 1,993 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,019 < 0,05 artinya motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel disiplin kerja memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,851 > 1,993 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
