Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Soft Skills (X1) and Training (X2) on employee performance (Y) through Work Culture (Z) as an intervening variable at PT. Primaland Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 81 employees at PT. PRIMALAND. The research sample used the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool.
