Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) with moderation by work motivation (Z) at the UPTD Social Service Rangkasbitung. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 68 employees at the UPTD Rangkasbitung Social Service. The research sample used the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation does not moderate the relationship between the physical work environment and employee performance, and ( 4) work motivation does not moderate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan moderasi oleh motivasi kerja (Z) di UPTD Dinas Sosial Rangkasbitung. Meyode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desktiptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang pegawai di UPTD Dinas Sosial Rangkasbitung. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) motivasi kerja tidak memoderasi hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kinerja pegawai, dan (4) motivasi kerja tidak memoderasi hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
