Abstract
This study aims to analyze Farmers' Perceptions of Technological Innovation Jajar Legowo 4:1 in Sukamulya District, Tangerang Regency, analyze internal factors of farmers related to technological innovation of Jajar Legowo 4:1 planting technology, analyze external factors of farmers related to technological innovation of Jajar Legowo 4 planting technology. :1. Analyzing the factors that influence farmers' perceptions of technological innovation, Jajar Legowo 4:1. The sample in this study were farmers who had and are currently doing farming with the Jajar Legowo System with a total sample of 80 respondents, sampling was carried out by simple random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Lisrel 8.78 program. The data collected included primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire with interviews, observations, the results of the study showed that most of the respondents were in the adult age group (56.25%) with levels of education included in the low and high categories respectively (33 .00%), non-formal education is in the medium category (57.50%) and farming experience is included in the very high category (61.25%). Internal factors through the aspects of social status, capital ownership, area of land ownership, level of empathy and cosmopolitan level are in the moderate category, and internal factors through the aspects of government support, availability of facilities, involvement in groups and involvement in counseling are in the medium category. While the level of perception of rice farmers in implementing the jajar legowo system in Sukamulya sub-district is in the medium category. Farmers' perceptions in implementing the jajar legowo system of rice farming are directly influenced by internal factors and external factors with factor loading respectively 0.71 (57.8% and 0.81 (85.2%) mathematically the influence of internal factors and external factors on farmer perceptions the jajar legowo system can be expressed by the formula Y = 0.71X1 + 0.81X2 R2 0.95 meaning that 95% of farmer participation in the jajar legowo system is determined by internal factors and the remaining 5% is influenced by other factors outside the model. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Persepsi Petani Tentang Inovasi Teknologi Jajar Legowo 4:1 di Kecamatan Sukamulya Kabupaten Tangerang, menganalisis faktor Internal petani yang terkait dengan inovasi teknologi tanam jajar legowo 4:1, menganalisis faktor eksternal petani yang terkait dengan inovasi teknologi tanam jajar legowo 4:1. Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh persepsi petani terhadap inovasi teknologi jajar legowo 4:1. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah petani yang pernah dan sedang melakukan usahatani dengan Sistim Jajar Legowo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden, penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak sederhana (simple random sampling), Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kaulitatif, dengan bantuan analisis Strukturl Eqution Modeling (SEM) program Lisrel 8,78. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data Primer dan data Skunder yang diperoleh menggunakan Quesioner dengan wawancara, observasi, hasil penelitin diperoleh bahwa, sebagian besar responden berada pada kelompok usia Dewasa (56,25%) dengan tingkat pendidikan masuk dalam katagori rendah dan tinggi masing masing (33,00%), pendidikan nonformal berada pada katagori sedang (57,50%) dan pengalaman Usahatani termasuk dalam katagori sangat tinggi (61,25%). Faktor internal melalui aspek Status sosial, kepemilikan modal, luas kepemilikan lahan, tingkat empati dan tingkat kosmopolitan berada pada katagori sedang, dan faktor internal melalui aspek Dukungan pemerintah, ketersediaan sarana, keterlibatan dalam kelompok dan keterlibatan dalam penyuluhan berada pada katagori sedang. Sedangkan tingkat persepsi petani padi dalam menerapkan sistim jajar legowo di kecamatan Sukamulya berada pada katagori sedang. Persepsi petani dalam menerapkan usahatani padi sistim jajar legowo dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dengan loading faktor masing masing 0,71 (57,8% dan 0.81 (85,2%) secara matematis pengaruh faktor Internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap persepsi Petani sistim jajar legowo dapat dinyatakan dengan rumus Y = 0,71X1 + 0,81X2 ➔ R2 0,95 artinya bahwa 95% partisipasi petani terhadap sistim jajar legowo ditentukan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal sisanya 5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model. | |||||||||
