Abstract

Study This aim For describe (1) learning strategy offline post pandemic covid-19 in the equality program package C at SKB Serang regency (2) Motivation Study participant the equality program package C (3) Inner tutor readiness post offline learning pandemic covid-19. Approach used is approach qualitative with method descriptive . As for techniques and guidelines data collection used is observation , interview , study documentation and studies literature . Data source study this consists of 10 people, namely 1 guarantor in charge of the program, 4 tutors and 5 residents learn . Based on results research that has done show that : (1) Learning strategy offline post pandemic covid-19 at SKB Serang regency Already done with Good from beginning stage planning , implementation until to stage assessment (2) motivation Study inhabitant Study own enough results Good although Not yet whole inhabitant Study own high motivation . (3) readiness physical , mental, emotional tutor already fine , however in readiness use of learning media need improved back .

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Strategi pembelajaran luring pasca pandemic covid-19 pada program kesetaraan paket C di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kabupaten Serang (2) Motivasi belajar peserta didik program kesetaraan paket C (3) Kesiapan tutor dalam pembelajaran luring pasca pandemi covid-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Sumber data. penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 orang penanggung jawab program, 4 orang tutor dan 5 orang warga belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Strategi pembelajaran luring pasca pandemi covid-19 di SKB Kota Serang sudah dilakukan dengan baik dari awal tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai ke tahap penilaian (2) motivasi belajar warga belajar memiliki hasil yang cukup baik meskipun belum seluruh warga belajar memiliki motivasi yang tinggi. (3) kesiapan fisik, mental, emosional tutor sudah baik, namun dalam kesiapan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan kembali.
