Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of managerial ownership and Intellectual Capital on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The research used is descriptive quantitative. Data obtained from annual reports of financial sector companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021 using a purposive sampling data collection technique. Analysis of the data used using the SPSS application Version 26 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the managerial ownership and intellectual capital variables have no effect on firm value, profitability can influence managerial ownership on firm value but profitability is unable to moderate the effect of intellectual capital on firm value.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan Intellectual Capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang didapat dari laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor keuangan sub-sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021 dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Variabel kepemilikan manajerial dan intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas mampu berpengaruh pada kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan namun profitabilitas tidak mampu untuk memoderasi pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan. | |||||||||
