Abstract
The household industry processing emping melinjo in Birai Village, Tanjungsari Village, Pabuaran District, and Serang Regency continues to face various problems, including underdeveloped machinery technology and still using manual or traditional tools, marketing limitations, the quality of human resources that are still a little low, and there is no analysis of financial and non-financial aspects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost of production, revenue, and BEP, and its feasibility. Quantitative descriptive research was used in this study. The results of this study show that the R/C value of the ratio > 1 and judging from the results of the BEP analysis, where the total revenue has exceeded the BEP of receipts, the amount of emping melinjo production exceeded the BEP of production, and the selling price of emping melinjo has exceeded the BEP price. Thus, the household-scale industry of processing melinjo in Birai Village, Tanjungsari Village, Pabuaran District, and Serang Regency is profitable and worthy of effort.

| Additional Information: | Industri rumah tangga yang mengolah emping melinjo di Kampung Birai, DesaTanjungsari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, dan Kabupaten Serang terus menghadapi berbagai tantangan masalah, diantaranya teknologi mesin yang belum berkembang dan masih menggunakan manual atau alat tradisional, keterbatasan pemasaran, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada masih sedikit rendah, dan belum ada analisis aspek finansial dan non finansial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis harga pokok produksi, pendapatan, dan BEP, dan kelayakannya. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Itu Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C rasio > 1 dan dilihat dari hasil analisis BEP, dimana total pendapatan telah melebihi BEP sebesar penerimaan, jumlah produksi emping melinjo melebihi BEP dari produksi, dan harga jual emping melinjo telah melebihi harga BEP. Dengan demikian, industri pengolahan melinjo skala rumah tangga di Desa Birai, Desa Tanjungsari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, dan Kabupaten Serang menguntungkan dan layak usaha. | |||||||||
