Abstract
Ineffective breastfeeding is a condition in which the mother and baby experience dissatisfaction or difficulty when breastfeeding (SDKI DPP PPNI Working Group Team, 2016). Lack of mother's knowledge about how to breastfeed properly and correctly can cause babies to experience milk aspiration, diarrhea, and infections. This study used the case study method with the Nursing Care approach with the research subjects in this case study being 2 patients of Post Op Sectio Caesarea mothers with indications of Cephalopelvic Disproportion with ineffective breastfeeding problems. At the time of the study, the authors obtained data on 2 patients saying that their milk had not come out and they did not know about good and correct breastfeeding methods. In this case, a nursing diagnosis was found, namely ineffective breastfeeding related to lack of exposure to information. The researcher determined the nursing plans for the two patients which were made in accordance with predetermined diagnoses based on the Indonesian nursing diagnosis standard guidebook, Indonesian nursing intervention standards and Indonesian nursing outcome standards. The author evaluates both patients so that it can be concluded that ineffective breastfeeding can be overcome. Suggesting for nursing education can motivate students about the important role of nurses in providing and implementing nursing interventions for post op sectio caesarea patients in fulfilling the needs of breastfeeding education.

| Additional Information: | Menyusui tidak efektif merupakan suatu keadaan dimana ibu dan bayi mengalami ketidakpuasan atau kesulitan pada saat menyusui (Tim Pokja SDKI DPP PPNI, 2016). Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang cara menyusui yang baik dan benar bisa menyebabkan bayi mengalami aspirasi ASI, diare, dan infeksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan dengan subyek penelitian pada studi kasus ini adalah 2 pasien ibu Post Op Sectio Caesarea atas indikasi Cephalopelvic Disproportion dengan masalah menyusui tidak efetif. Pada saat pengkajian penulis memperoleh data pada 2 pasien mengatakan ASInya belum keluar dan belum mengetahui tentang cara menyusui yang baik dan benar, pada kasus ini ditemukan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu Menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan kurang terpapar informasi. Peneliti menentukan perencanaan keperawatan bagi kedua pasien yang dibuat sesuai dengan diagnosa yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan buku panduan standar diagnosis keperawatan indonesia, standar intervensi keperawatan Indonesia dan standar luaran keperawatan Indonesia. Penulis melakukan evaluasi pada kedua pasien sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan menyusui tidak efektif dapat teratasi. Menyarankan bagi pendidikan keperawatan dapat memotivasi mahasiswa tentang pentingnya peran perawat dalam memberikan dan menerapkan intervensi keperawatan pada pasien post op sectio caesarea dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan edukasi menyusui. | |||||||||
