Abstract

The concept of core physics material is one of the physics materials in high school which is poorly understood by students because of the concepts and content are abstract. So students need a skill that can support the ability of visual representation to understand the material. For practice the ability of visual representation, appropriate models and learning media are needed. So that the purpose of this research was to develop, determine the feasibility and response of students to Augmented Physics Animation learning media to support students visual representation abilities in core physics. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Through the due diligence conducted by material experts, the overall aspect average score was 5.99 with feasible criteria and media experts obtained an overall aspect average score of 6.60 with feasible criteria. While the trial was limited to 5 students in class 10 MIPA SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang shows a good response to technology acceptance with an overall average rating of 6.2. The results show that APA learning media on core physics is appropriate for use as high school physics learning on core physics material.

Additional Information: Konsep materi fisika inti merupakan salah satu materi fisika di SMA yang kurang dipahami oleh peserta didik dikarenakan konsep dan isi materi yang abstrak. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu keterampilan yang dapat mendukung kemampuan representasi visual agar peserta didik lebih memahami materi. Untuk melatih kemampuan representasi visual tersebut dibutuhkan model dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan dan respons peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran Augmented Physics Animation untuk mendukung kemampuan representasi visual peserta didik pada fisika inti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Reasearch and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Melalui uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan aspek sebesar 5,99 dengan kriteria layak dan ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan aspek sebesar 6,60 dengan kriteria layak. Sedangkan uji coba terbatas kepada 5 peserta didik kelas 10 MIPA SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang menunjukkan respons yang baik terhadap penerimaan teknologi dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata secara keseluruhan sebesar 6,2. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran APA pada fisika inti layak digunakan sebagai pembelajaran fisika SMA pada materi fisika inti.
