Abstract

The Regional Integrated Service Unit (UPTD) Samsat City of Cilegon is a service unit that is sheltered by the Regional Finance Agency of Banten Province whose job is to carry out the collection of level I regional tax revenues. The objective of this research is to determine the system of cash receipts from wheeled motor vehicle taxes. two at UPTD Samsat City of Cilegon. This research is a descriptive study at UPTD Samsat Cilegon City with qualitative data types and qualitative data analysis techniques regarding; description of activities, related functions, documents used, information required by management, accounting records used, network procedures, elements of internal control and making flowcharts. From the results of the study it was concluded that the accounting information system for cash receipts from cash payments on motor vehicle taxes the one-year regular two-wheeler and the five-year regular at UPTD Samsat City of Cilegon are generally the same. However, there are several differences in the related functions, namely the motor vehicle tax registration function (PKB) which differs between one year and five years, the documents used are the validation letter for vehicle registration (STNK) which is used on a one-year regular basis and the results of checking checks. Physical Motorized Vehicles used on a regular five year basis, description of activities and procedures that make up the system.

Additional Information:	Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Daerah (UPTD) Samsat Kota Cilegon merupakan unit pelayanan yang dinaungi oleh Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Banten yang bertugas untuk melaksanakan pemungutan pendapatan pajak daerah tingkat I. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem penerimaan kas dari pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua pada UPTD Samsat Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif pada UPTD Samsat Kota Cilegon dengan jenis data kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kualitatif mengenai; deskripsi kegiatan, fungsi yang terkait, dokumen yang digunakan, informasi yang diperlukan oleh manajemen, catatan akuntansi yang digunkan, jaringan prosedur, unsur pengendalian internal dan pembuatan bagan alir.Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan kas dari pembayaran tunai atas pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua reguler satu tahun dan reguler lima tahun pada UPTD Samsat Kota Cilegon secara umum sama. Namun terdapat beberapa perbedaan pada fungsi yang terkait yaitu fungsi pendaftaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) yang berbeda antara yang satu tahun dengan lima tahun, dokumen yang digunakan yaitu Surat Pengesahan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) yang digunakan pada reguler satu tahun dan Hasil Pemeriksaan Cek Fisik Kendaraan Bermotor yang digunakan pada reguler lima tahun, deskripsi kegiatan serta prosedur yang membentuk sistem.
