Abstract

Indonesia has thousands of bridges on national roads, based on data from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR, 2020). Most of these bridges are in good to moderate condition, but there are some that have experienced collapses. This condition poses a challenge for the Directorate General of Highways (Bina Marga) in maintaining the bridge's function throughout its service life. The Citanduy Bridge, located in Tasikmalaya Regency, is one of the bridges with a steel frame structure that will undergo vibration load testing to determine its load-carrying capacity and overall condition, whether it requires maintenance or repair. Vibration testing aims to obtain dynamic parameters of the bridge, such as natural frequency, damping ratio, and structural vibration modes, which are used to assess the bridge's condition. The required testing equipment is an accelerometer sensor placed at predetermined points. The bridge's vibration response will be recorded by the accelerometer sensor and subsequently processed to determine the frequency response function (FRF) and other dynamic parameters. Based on dynamic loading measurements, the actual frequency of the upper structure of the Citanduy Bridge is 1.95 Hz. The theoretical frequency value obtained from the modeling analysis using SAP2000 software is 2.15 Hz. The actual frequency is lower than the theoretical value, indicating lower stiffness than originally planned. According to the regulations from the Department of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure Pt T-05-2002-B, the Citanduy Bridge has a relative damage of 9.3023%, which falls under the category of slight damage. The average damping ratio of the Citanduy Bridge is 2.60%, still within the range commonly used for conventional steel bridges.

Additional Information: Indonesia memiliki ribuan jembatan di jalan nasional, berdasarkan data (PUPR, 2020) sebagian besar dalam kondisi baik dan sedang namun terdapat beberapa jembatan mengalami keruntuhan. Kondisi ini menjadi tantangan bagi Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga dalam menjaga fungsi jembatan selama masa pemakaian. Jembatan Citanduy, yang terletak di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, merupakan salah satu jembatan dengan struktur rangka baja yang akan dilakukan uji beban getar untuk mengetahui apakan daya layan serta kondisi jembatan masih dalam kondisi baik atau membutuhkan perawatan maupun perbaikan. Uji getar bertujuan mendapatkan parameter dinamik jembatan, seperti frekuensi alami, rasio redaman, dan ragam getar struktur sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menilai kondisi jembatan. Alat uji yang diperlukan adalah sensor accelerometer yang diletakkan di titik-titik yang telah direncanakan. Respon getaran jembatan akan direkam oleh sensor accelerometer dan selanjutnya diolah untuk menentukan frequency renspons fuction (FRF) dan parameter dinamik lainnya. Berdasarkan pengukuran pembebanan dinamis, frekuensi aktual bangunan atas Jembatan Citanduy adalah 1,95 Hz. Nilai frekuensi teoritis yang di dapat dari hasil analisis permodelan menggunakan software SAP2000 adalah 2,15 Hz. Frekuensi aktual lebih rendah dari nilai teoritis, menunjukkan kekakuan yang lebih rendah dari perencanaan. Berdasarkan peraturan dari Departemen Permukiman dan Wilayah Pt T-05-2002-B Jembatan Citanduy memiliki kerusakan relatif sebesar 9,3023%, yang termasuk dalam kategori rusak ringan. Rasio redaman rata-rata Jembatan Citanduy adalah 2,60%, masih dalam rentang yang umum digunakan untuk jembatan baja konvensional.
