Abstract

A good company performance measurement is to consider the company's strategic vision and mission. PT XYZ always conducts routine rotations for experts every 2-3 years and makes changes to the company's strategic vision and mission to optimize the performance to be carried out. By redefining key performance indicators and including them in the Balanced Scorecard perspective at PT. XYZ, it will be clear that the performance output has been carried out during 2022. The approaches taken in the research are qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the qualitative approach, the results obtained are brainstorming the determination of key performance indicators to be used, and in the quantitative approach, the results obtained are the results of a questionnaire that is ready to be processed with AHP weight calculations. The results obtained in this study are 3 indicators in the Financial perspective with 11 KPIs, 3 indicators in the Customer perspective with 10 KPIs, 4 indicators in the Internal Business Process perspective with 13 KPIs, and 3 indicators in the learning and growth perspective with 9 KPIs. The company's performance results from the Financial perspective are 97, Customer perspective 87 and learning and growth perspective 99 with a green dashboard indicating achievement has been achieved. While in the learning and growth perspective with a score of 84 with a yellow dashboard indicating achievement is almost achieved.

Additional Information: Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang baik adalah dengan mempertimbangkan visi dan misi strategis perusahaan. PT. XYZ selalu melakukan rotasi rutin untuk para expert setiap 2-3 tahun sekali dan melakukan perubahan pada visi dan misi strategis perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja yang akan dilakukan. Dengan menentukan ulang key performance indikator dan dimasukkan pada perspektif Balanced Scorecard pada PT. XYZ akan terlihat jelas output kinerja yang sudah dilakukan selama tahun 2022. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pada pendekatan kualiktatif hasil yang didapatkan adalah brainstorming penentuan key performance indikator yang akan digunakan, serta pada pendekatan kuantitatif hasil yang didapatkan adalah hasil kuesioner yang siap diolah dengan perhitungan bobot AHP. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah 3 indikator pada persepktif Financial dengan 11 KPI, 3 indikator pada perspektif Customer dengan 10 KPI, 4 indikator pada perspektif Internal Business Process dengan 13 KPI dan 3 indikator pada perspektif learning and growth dengan 9 KPI. Hasil kinerja perusahaan pada persepktif Financial sebesar 97, perspektif Customer 87 dan perspektif learning and growth 99 dengan dashboard berwarna hijau yang menandakan achievement sudah tercapai. Sedangkan pada perspektif learning and growth dengan skor 84 dengan dashboard berwarna kuning yang menandakan achievement hampir tercapai.
