Abstract
Low back pain is pain in the lower back originating from the spine in the form of muscles, nerves or other organs caused by an accident or improper body activity. To avoid complications, surgery is performed. The side effect of surgery is the disruption of physical mobility barriers. Implementation of Range of motion (ROM) exercises are exercises performed to maintain or improve the level of perfection of partially permanent mobility. The purpose of this case study is to describe nursing care for physical mobility barriers in postoperative laminectomy patients with ROM measures at Dr. Drajat Prawinegara Hospital, Serang. The method used in this case study is a descriptive case study method (two) of people who experienced postoperative problems with physical mobility barriers. Actions taken on this problem by training ROM and early mobilization for 3 days. Implementation carried out for 3 days the problem was not resolved because the condition of the patient's muscle strength was still not perfect. The conclusion is the problem of physical mobility barriers with ROM which is carried out for 3 days is not effective because the patient must use a special tool, namely a branch until the patient can carry out activities as usual.

| Additional Information: | Low back pain adalah nyeri pada pinggang bawah yang berasal dari tulang belakang baik berupa otot, saraf atau organ lainnya yang diakibatkan oleh kecelakaan maupun aktivitas tubuh yang tidak baik. Untuk tidak terjadi komplikasi maka dilakukan pembedahan. Efek samping dari operasi adalah terganggu nya hambatan mobilitas fisisk. Pelaksanaan latihan Range of motion (ROM) adalah latihan yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan atau memperbaiki tingkat kesempurnaan mobilitas sebagian permanen. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan hambatan mobilitas fisik pada pasien post operasi laminektomi dengan tindakan ROM Di Rumah Sakit dr.Drajat Prawinegara Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif studi kasus (dua) orang yang mengalami post opserasi dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik. Tindakan yang dilakukan pada masalah tersebut dengan melatih ROM dan mobilisasi dini selam 3 hari. Implemetasi yang dilakukan selama 3 hari masalah tidak teratasi dikarenakan kondisi kekuatan otot pasien masih belum sempurna. Kesimpulan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik dengan ROM yang dilakukan selama 3 hari tidak efektif dikarenakan pasien harus memakai alat khusus yaitu branch sampai pasien bisa melakukan aktivitas seperti biasanya. | |||||||||
