Abstract
This research focus in about how the process of strategy implementation of the Agriculture and Food Security Service In Increasing Food Security in Lebak District. Has the strategy implementation process gone well according to the mechanism or has appropriate based on the rule that has been established. The problem in this research for all this time is the lack of optimal implementation of the strategy based on the rule that has been determined by Lebak district food security service strategic plan 2019-2025, and also the rule of Law Number 18 year 2012 food concerning. This research is to gain information of how to implement the strategy of the food security service in improving food security in Lebak district. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This primer data collection technique with observation, interview and documentation, while the secondary data collection technique and the source of other secondary data source of data. The researcher uses the theory strategic management in the dimension of strategy implementation model of Wheelen and Hunger with the indicator of: program; budget; procedure. In choosing the informan, the researcher uses purposive technique. The result of the research shoiw that implement the strategy of the food security service in improving food security in Lebak district is not still running well yet. Due to lots of problem that exist in the stage of the reduction of agricultural land in Lebak distict due to disaster-prone, not optimizing the allevation of all villages categorized as food insecures, and ineffective food distribution patterns that have led to unstable food prices.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana proses Implementasi Strategi Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Lebak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian selama ini adalah kurang optimalnya implementasi strategi berdasarkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan yaitu Rencana Strategi Perubahan Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan pangan Kabupaten Lebak tahun 2019-2025 dan juga aturan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori manajemen strategi dalam dimensi implementasi strategi model Wheelen dan Hunger dengan indikator: program; anggaran; prosedur. Dalam memilih informan, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Strategi Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan dalam Meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan di Kabupaten Lebak belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa masalah yang ada pada tahap pengurangan lahan pertanian di kabupaten lebak akibat rawan bencana, belum optimalnya pengentasan seluruh desa yang terkategori rawan pangan, dan belum efektifnya pola distribusi pangan yang menyebabkan tidak stabilnya harga pangan. | |||||||||
