Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Mediation Role of Job Satisfaction in the Influence of Work Placement and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance (Case study at PT. Multi Kencana Niagatama). This study has four variables, namely Work Placement, Physical Work Environmen, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research involved all employees of PT. Multi Kencana Niagatama as a sample, namely as many as 126 employees. To get accurate results, in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study used the SmartPLS v3.2.9 analysis test tool with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results of this study indicate that: Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Placement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Mediasi Kepuasaan Kerja Pada Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi kasus pada PT. Multi Kencana Niagatama). Dalam penelitian ini memiliki empat variabel yaitu Penempatan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kepuasaan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT. Multi Kencana Niagatama sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 126 karyawan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji analisis SmartPLS v3.2.9 dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
