Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of work environment and career development on turnover with employee engagement as an intervening variable at PT. Nikomas Gemilang, Sukses Permata Indonusa (SPI) division. The population of this research includes 626 employees and the sample includes 170 employees of PT. Nikomas Gemilang, SPI division by using the purposive sampling technique. The data are analysed with PLS-SEM. The result of this research shows that work environment has negative and significant effect on turnover, career development has negative and significant effect on turnover, work environment has positive and significant effect on employee engagement, career development has positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement has negative and significant effect on turnover.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Nikomas Gemilang divisi Sukses Permata Indonusa (SPI). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 626 karyawan dan sampelnya adalah 170 karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang divisi SPI dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover, pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover. | |||||||||
