Abstract
This study aims to analyze the costs and income of grated coconut business in Pasar Anyar, Tangerang. Includes analysis of production costs which consist of fixed costs and variable costs, income analysis, income analysis and analysis of the efficiency of the R/C ratio at Anyar Market, Tangerang City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The location selection was done purposively. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The method of determining the sample in this study used the census sampling method or took all the business of grated coconut traders, totaling 12 respondents regarding the processing of coconut raw materials into grated coconut. Data analysis techniques using cost analysis, income analysis, income analysis and efficiency analysis of R/C Ratio. From the research results, it can be seen that the average level of acceptance and income from coconut milk business in Pasar Anyar, Tangerang. Based on this research analysis, it can be concluded that the average fixed cost is Rp. 404,166 and an average variable cost of Rp. 21,031,250 and a capital interest of 6% per year results in an average capital interest of 0.5% per month of Rp. 107,177. Acceptance of 3,867 grated coconuts and 71 sacks of coconut shells by traders at Pasar Anyar Tangerang for one month is Rp. 28,490,000. The average level of income from the grated coconut business at Pasar Anyar Tangerang is Rp. 6,947,406. From the research results it is known that the efficiency of the R/C ratio of the coconut grater business at Pasar Anyar Tangerang is efficient and feasible to run with the results of the efficiency ratio R/C = TR/TC yielding a number of 1.31, which means the value is greater. from 1. It can be concluded that the grated coconut business in Pasar Anyar Tangerang, Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, is efficient and feasible to run.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya dan pendapatan usaha parutan kelapa di Pasar Anyar, Tangerang. Meliputi analisis biaya produksi yang terdiri dari biaya tetap biaya dan biaya variabel, analisis pendapatan, analisis pendapatan dan analisis efisiensi rasio R/C di Pasar Anyar Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis dan Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan lokasi itu dilakukan secara sengaja. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel sensus atau mengambil semua usaha pedagang kelapa parut, dijumlahkan 12 responden tentang pengolahan bahan baku kelapa menjadi parutan kelapa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, analisis pendapatan, pendapatan analisis dan analisis efisiensi R/C Ratio. Dari hasil penelitian bisa jadi terlihat bahwa rata-rata tingkat penerimaan dan pendapatan dari usaha santan di Pasar Anyar, Tangerang. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya tetap rata-rata adalah Rp. 404.166 dan biaya variabel rata-rata sebesar Rp. 21.031.250 dan bunga modal 6% per tahun menghasilkan bunga modal rata-rata 0,5% per bulan sebesar Rp. 107.177. Penerimaan 3.867 buah kelapa parut dan 71 karung batok kelapa oleh pedagang di Pasar Anyar Tangerang selama satu bulan adalah Rp. 28.490.000. Tingkat pendapatan rata-rata dari usaha parutan kelapa di Pasar Anyar Tangerang Rp. 6.947.406. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa efisiensi rasio R/C usaha pemarut kelapa di Pasar Anyar Tangerang efisien dan layak dijalankan dengan hasil rasio efisiensi R/C = TR/TC menghasilkan angka 1,31 yang berarti nilainya lebih besar. dari 1. Bisa jadi menyimpulkan bahwa usaha kelapa parut di Pasar Anyar Tangerang Tangerang Kabupaten Kota Tangerang efisien dan layak untuk dijalankan. | |||||||||
