Abstract
The Ambassador Association of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is the Untirta Ambassador Association, which is an association of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Campus Ambassadors and consists of various faculties in Untirta. The Untirta Ambassador Association was established in 2015 under the auspices of Public Relations of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Having a 3B Concept (Brain, Beauty, Behavior) where the 3B concept (Brian, Beauty, Behavior) is a reference for being an ambassador. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the motives, meanings, experiences and feelings of the Meaning of Duta Untirta in Concept 3B (Brain, Beauty, Behavior). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. The theory used is the theory of Phenomenology by Alfred Schutz. The results of this study are motives, where Hobby, produce Self and Learn, Get out of the comfort zone. Meanwhile, the Motives of Purpose (In Order To Motive) The Meaning of Members of the Duta Untirta Association in the 3B Concept (Brain, Beauty, Behavior) are Sharpening Ability, Self-love, Experience and Relationships. The meaning of the brain is broad-minded, critical thinking, and able to analyze a problem well, beautiful and charming, has a dazzling smile, and can dress according to the event, and behavior is behavior that is good, polite, civilized, according to ethics, and stunning and soulful. high social. The experience gained is impressive regarding 3B, self-satisfaction and getting praise, and the feeling is that it is more organized and purposeful, insightful and it is also not easy to be an ambassador.

Ikatan Duta Untirta didirikan pada Tahun 2015 dengan dibawah naungan Humas Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Memiliki Konsep Konsep 3B (Brain, Beauty, Behavior) di mana konsep 3B (Brian, Beauty, Behavior) ialah sebagai acuan menjadi seorang duta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan motif, makna, pengalaman dan perasaan Pemaknaan Duta Untirta Pada Konsep 3B (Brain, Beauty, Behavior). Penelitian ini mengguakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motif, di mana Hobi, Mengembangkan Diri dan Belajar, Keluar dari zona nyaman. Sedangkan, Motif Tujuan (In Order To Motive) Pemaknaan Anggota Ikatan Duta Untirta Pada Konsep 3B (Brain, Beauty, Behavior) ialah Mengasah Kemampuan, Mencintai diri (self love), Pengalaman dan Relasi. Pemaknaan brain yakni berwawasan luas, berpikir kritis, dan mampu menganalisis suatu permasalahan dengan baik, beauty menawan, memiliki senyum mempesona, dan dapat berbusana sesuai acara, dan behavior adalah tingkah laku yang baik, santun, beradab, sesuai etika, dan memukau serta jiwa sosial yang tinggi. Pengalaman yang didapat mengesankan terkait 3B, memantaskan diri dan mendapatkan pujian, dan perasaan ialah lebih rapi dan terarah, insightful dan juga tidak mudah memang menjadi seorang duta. | |||||||||
