Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, experience and incentives on performance of amil zakat at LAZ Harfa Serang. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling, this technique makes all members of the population used as a sample. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the measuring instrument used was the scale Likert. Analysis tools used are validity and reliablitas, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity Uju, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f), and test the coefficient of determination R2. By using software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of regression measurements are obtained with the equation Y = -0.386 + 0.244X1 + 0.425X2 + 0.101X3 + e and data adjusted R square of 0.535, this means 53.5% of the variables of education level, experience and incentives has an influence on performance of amil zakat at LAZ Harfa Serang. while the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other variables which are not discussed in this study. The results of the study partially (t test) state that education level variable has a value of tcount > ttable, namely 2.225> 2.048 and a significance level of 0.03 <0.05 means that education level has a significant effect on performance of amil zakat, the experience variable has a value of tcount > ttable is 3.335> 2.048 and a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 means that experience has a significant effect on performance of amil zakat, and the incentives variable has a value of tcount > ttable is 3.040> 2.048 and a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 means that incentives has a significant effect on performance of amil zakat. The research results simultaneously (F test) have a F valuecalculated > Ftable (4.038> 2.95) and the level of significance obtained (0.017 <0.05) means that education level, experience and incentives together have a significant influence on performance of amil zakat at LAZ Harfa Serang.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan insentif terhadap kinerja amil zakat pada LAZ Harfa Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling, yaitu teknik yang menjadikan semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), dan uji koefisien determinasi R2. Dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Diperoleh hasil pengukuran regresi dengan persamaan Y = -0,386 + 0,244X1 + 0,425X2 + 0,101X3 + e dan data adjusted R square sebesar 0,535 hal ini berarti 53,5% variabel tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan insentif memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja amil zakat di LAZ Harfa Serang. Sedangkan 46,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) menyatakan bahwa, variabel tingkat pendidikan memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,225 > 2,048 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05 artinya tingkat pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja amil zakat, variabel pengalaman memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,353 > 2,048 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 artinya pengalaman memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja amil zakat, dan variabel insentif memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,040 > 2,048 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 artinya insentif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja amil zakat. Hasil penelitian secara simultan (uji F) memiliki nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (4,038 > 2,95) dan tingkat signifikansi yang diperoleh (0,017 < 0,05) artinya tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan insentif secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja amil zakat di LAZ Harfa Serang.
