Abstract
The purpose of this study are: first, to know how the management of the DCDC website as an information distribution platform (design, type of message form). Second, find out why the DCDC website was chosen as a Rust information distribution platform. Third, find out how the acceptance of community members Rust to the information on the DCDC website. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study explain the management of the DCDC website regarding Depth news that is presented will cause action & communication that will lead to pros and cons called public opinion. the form of messages found on the DCDC website is indirect communication using Communication media tools. Karat personnel did not choose the DCDC website as a Karat-assembled information distribution platform. Rust-related information available on the website is someone else's upload or online-based self-publishing. In addition, rust-related content available on the DCDC website is the result of performing Rust reviewed by the DCDC website manager. Rust also emphasizes the work more than the news about Rust. Members of the Karat community receive information about their group on the DCDC website. The result is a form of self-acceptance of something that preaches itself or its group. However, karat personnel advise to update the information related to Karat on the DCDC website because the information contained on the DCDC website is no longer relevant

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan website DCDC sebagai platform distribusi informasi (perancangan, jenis bentuk pesan). Kedua, mengetahui mengapa website DCDC dipilih sebagai platform distribusi informasi Karat. Ketiga, mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan anggota komunitas Karat terhadap informasi pada website DCDC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan pengelolaan website DCDC mengenai Depth news yang disajikan akan menimbulkan action & communication yang akan menimbulkan pro dan kontra yang disebut pendapat umum. bentuk pesan yang ditemukan pada website DCDC adalah komunikasi tidak langsung dengan menggunakan alat bantu media komunikasi. Personel Karat tidak memilih website DCDC sebagai platform distribusi informasi terkait Karat. Informasi terkait Karat yang tersedia di website merupakan unggahan orang lain atau self publishing berbasis online. Selain itu, konten terkait Karat yang tersedia di website DCDC adalah hasil performing Karat yang diulas oleh pengelola website DCDC. Karat juga lebih menekankan karya daripada berita mengenai Karat. Anggota komunitas Karat menerima terhadap informasi terkait kelompoknya pada website DCDC. Hasil tersebut berupa bentuk penerimaan diri terhadap sesuatu yang memberitakan diri atau kelompoknya. Namun, personel karat menyarankan untuk memperbaharui informasi terkait Karat di website DCDC karena informasi yang termuat di website DCDC tidak lagi relevan. | |||||||||
