Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out whether capital has an influence on income and labor wages partially on income and the simultaneous effect of capital and labor wages on income in a company. The object of this research is Mrs. Kartini's CV in the village of Kadugenep Lightning . The method applied is quantitative with multiple linear regression techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The test performed is the classical assumption test, partial test or and simultaneous test. Partially, capital affects income while labor wages have no effect on income. Meanwhile, simultaneously, capital and labor wages have an influence on the income of Mrs. Kartini's CV. And the R-squared value is 0.79440 which means that 79.44% of the income variable can be explained by capital and labor wages and the rest is explained by other factors.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh modal dan upah tenaga kerja secara parsial terhadap pendapatan dan pengaruh modal dan uapah tenaga kerja secara simultan terhadap pendapatan dalam perusahaan. objek penelitian ini adalah CV Ibu Kartini di desa kadugenep petir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial atau uji t dan uji simultan atau uji F. Secara parsial, modal memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan sedangkan upah tenaga kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Sedangkan secara simultan, modal dan upah tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan CV Ibu Kartini. Dan nilai R-squared sebesar 0.79440 yang berarti 79,44% variabel pendapatan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel modal dan upah tenaga kerja dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. | |||||||||
