Abstract

The focus of writing the Final Project is the Implementation of the Non-Cash Payment Method Using the Jawara Mobile Application at PT. Banten Regional Development Bank, Tbk. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the non-cash payment method using the Jawara Mobile application, to find out the weaknesses and strengths when using the Jawara Mobile application, and to find out the response of employees in overcoming obstacles that occur in the Jawara Mobile application. The problems with the Jawara Mobile application are the Jawara Mobile application server which is overloaded when many customers access the application, OTP codes are often not even entered when verifying, admin fees tend to be expensive when compared to mobile banking at other banks, limits on Interbank transfers using the National Clearing System (SKN) tend to be smaller when compared to mobile banking at other banks, and the Jawara Mobile application lacks complete features. The results of observations are the implementation of non-cash payment methods at PT. The Banten Regional Development Bank, Tbk using the Jawara Mobile application has not run optimally for its customers' use.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan metode pembayaran non tunai dengan menggunakan aplikasi jawara mobile, mengetahui kelemahan dan kelebihan saat penggunaan aplikasi jawara mobile, dan mengetahuirespon pihak pegawai dalam menanggulangi kendala yang terjadi pada aplikasi jawara mobile. Permasalahan pada aplikasi jawara mobile ini yaitu server aplikasi jawara mobile yang mengalami overload ketika banyaknya nasabah yang mengakses aplikasi tersebut, kode OTP yang sering bahkan tidak masuk pada saat melakukan verifikasi, biaya admin yang cenderung mahal apabila dibandingkan dengan mobile banking pada bank lainnya, limit pada transfer antar bank dengan menggunakan Sistem Kliring Nasional (SKN) cenderung lebih kecil apabila dibandingkan dengan mobile banking pada bank lainnya, dan kurang lengkapnya fitur pada aplikasi jawara mobile. Hasil pengamatan yaitu pelaksanaan metode pembayaran non tunai pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten, Tbk dengan menggunakan aplikasi jawara mobile belum berjalan secara optimal untuk penggunaan bagi nasabahnya.
