Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bjb Digi Application System Service in Improving the Ease of Customer Transactions at Regional Development Banks in West Java and Banten Rau Sub-Branch Offices. The results of this study are expected to serve as input and evaluation for management in implementing system services in this application as well as electronic banking facilities, so that their use can be in accordance with the goals to be achieved by the company in relation to the use of information technology in the form of electronic banking and become one of the sources fee-based income. The research method used is descriptive. The data collection used is open interviews using a questionnaire accompanied by direct field observations and library research. Field data collection was carried out in April 2023. Research shows that in general system services in the Bjb Digi application are included in a good category as well as customer satisfaction related to the ease of service in the Bjb Digi application system and financial customer trust in using the Bjb Digi application as for the lack of this application is because customers tend to be a little dissatisfied with system services in this application because this application is often disturbed by the center or down.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Layanan Sistem Aplikasi Bjb Digi dalam Meningkatkan Kemudahan Transaksi nasabah pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Kantor Cabang Pembantu Rau. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai bahan masukan dan evaluasi pihak manajemen dalam penerapan layanan sistem yang ada di aplikasi ini serta fasilitas electronic banking, sehingga penggunaaannya bisa sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai perusahaan dalam hubungannya dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk electronic banking dan menjadi salah satu sumber fee based income. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif, Pengumupulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terbuka dengan menggunakan kuesioner disertai observasi langsung dilapangan dan studi Pustaka. Pengumpulan data dilapangan dilaksanakan pada bulan April tahun 2023. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum layanan sistem pada aplikasi Bjb Digi termasuk dalam kategori yang baik begitu juga kepuasan nasabah terkait kemudahan dalam layanan sistem aplikasi Bjb Digi serta kepercayaan nasabah secara finansial dalam menggunakan aplikasi Bjb Digi ini adapun kurangnya dalam aplikasi ini yaitu karena nasabah cenderung sedikit kurang puas dalam layanan sistem pada aplikasi ini karena aplikasi ini sering gangguan dari pusat atau down.
