Abstract

The writing of this Final Project aims to determine the effectiveness of KUR at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Cikeusal Unit for the development of UMKM in Cikeusal Village, Serang Regency. The existence of KUR debtors who experienced default at the bank caused the effectiveness of KUR at the bank to become an issue. In this Final Project observation, data was obtained based on the results of interviews with Mantri (Account Officer) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Cikeusal Unit. The results show that there are weaknesses in the KUR distribution procedure at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Cikeusal Unit, namely in the form of a less rigorous assessment of prospective debtors, which causes credit risks in the future. As a result of the weak KUR distribution procedures, there are problems that cause KUR debtors to default and the causes tend to come from the debtor's own mistakes and other external factors. But on the other hand, there are still KUR debtors' businesses that have developed after receiving KUR loans, so the KUR program at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Cikeusal Unit can be said to be effective.

Additional Information:	Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas KUR di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Cikeusal bagi perkembangan UMKM di Desa Cikeusal, Kab. Serang. Adanya Debitur KUR yang mengalami gagal bayar di bank tersebut menyebabkan efektivitas KUR di bank tersebut menjadi suatu persoalan. Dalam pengamatan Tugas Akhir ini, data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada Mantri (Account Officer) di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Cikeusal. Hasil menunjukkan adanya kelemahan pada prosedur penyaluran KUR di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Cikeusal, yaitu berupa penilaian calon debitur yang kurang ketat sehingga menyebabkan risiko-risiko kredit di kemudian hari. Akibat dari lemahnya prosedur penyaluran KUR, terdapat permasalahan yang menyebabkan debitur KUR mengalami gagal bayar dan penyebabya cenderung berasal dari kesalahan debitur itu sendiri dan faktor eksternal lainnya. Namun di sisi lain, masih terdapat usaha debitur KUR yang mengalami perkembangan setelah menerima pinjaman KUR, sehingga program KUR di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Cikeusal dapat dikatakan efektif.
