Abstract
Bank credit operations are one form of fund dissemination activity that contributes to the institution's role as a channeler of public funds. The provision of credit has several objectives, including generating interest income and helping customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the growth of deptors in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, to determine the growth of credit positions in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, to determine the growth of consumer credit in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, and to determine the growth of customers in the increase of consumer credit in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon. The research method used is descriptive. The findings of the study show that the number of deptors increased by 66.7%, the volume of credit increased by 98.5%, and the achievement of credit increased by 98.5% in 2022. Additionally, the study found that PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon's efforts involved increasing promotions to continuously increase the number of consumer credit, as well as maximizing the role of creditors and debtors to increase consumer credit.

Additional Information: | Operasi kredit bank adalah salah satu bentuk aktivitas penyebaran dana yang berkontribusi pada peran institusi sebagai penyalur dana masyarakat. Pemberian kredit memiliki beberapa tujuan yang diantaranya untuk menghasilkan pendapatan bunga dan membantu nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan debitur di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, mengetahui pertumbuhan posisi kredit di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, mengetahui pertumbuhan kredit konsumer PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon, dan mengetahui peranan pertumbuhan konsumen dalam peningkatan kredit konsumer PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Cabang Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa jumlah debitur mengalami kenaikan 15,40%, jumlah volume kredit mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,66%, pencapaian pertumbuhan kredit konsumer mengalami kenaikan 0,99% pada tahun 2022 dan peranan jumlah debitur diakhir 2022 sebesar 1.500 Number of Account serta peningkatan kredit konsumer pada diakhir tahun 2022 mencapai sebesar 270.000.000.000 | |||||||||
