Abstract

The use of mechanization in harvesting paddy rice in addition to increasing production and minimizing labor costs in traditional harvesting which is increasingly expensive due to lack of labor. The use of this Combine Harvester machine can ease the work of farmers at harvest time. The presence of harvesting equipment technology is something that needs to be observed, because in the process of farming farmers in Bolang village, Malingping sub-district, Lebak regency have predominantly used machine technology. So it needs to be studied whether it is true that the presence of Combine Harvester can increase farmers' income. This study aims to determine farm income and the efficiency of paddy rice farming after using harvesting equipment technology (Combine Harvester) in Bolang Village, Malingpingping District, Lebak Regency. Sampling using non probability with purposive sampling technique as many as 40 farmers. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The data testing was carried out using the formula of farm production cost analysis, income analysis, and R/C Ratio farming efficiency. The results of this study showed that the income of farmers obtained in Bolang Village, Malingping Subdistrict, Lebak Regency per growing season averaged 13,489,734 / ha. The amount of farming efficiency is 2.02 after using harvesting equipment technology which means that this farm is feasible to cultivate.

Additional Information:	Penggunaan mekanisasi dalam pemanenan padi sawah selain untuk meningkatkan produksi dan meminimalkan biaya tenaga kerja dalam pemanenan tradisional yang semakin mahal karena kekurangan tenaga kerja. Penggunaan mesin Combine Harvester ini dapat meringankan pekerjaan petani pada saat panen. Kehadiran teknologi alat pemanenan merupakan hal yang perlu dicermati, karena dalam proses bercocok tanam petani di Desa Bolang Kecamatan Malingping Kabupaten Lebak sebagian besar menggunakan teknologi mesin. Sehingga perlu dikaji apakah benar dengan hadirnya Combine Harvester dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan usahatani dan efisiensi usahatani padi sawah setelah menggunakan teknologi alat panen (Combine Harvester) di Desa Bolang Kecamatan Malingpingping Kabupaten Lebak. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 40 petani. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun teknik engujian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus analisis biaya produksi usahatani, analisis pendapatan, dan efisiensi usahatani R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani yang diperoleh di Desa Bolang Kecamatan Malingping Kabupaten Lebak per musim tanam rata-rata mencapai 13.489.734/ha. Besarnya efisiensi usahatani adalah 2,02 setelah menggunakan teknologi alat panen yang berarti usahatani ini layak untuk diusahakan.
