Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR) on Firm Value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) by using Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) as an Intervening Variable. This study was sampled on companies listed on the non-bank LQ45 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period which consisted of 22 companies and used a non-probability sampling technique through the use of saturated sampling. This study used secondary data with quantitative approach taken from the company's annual financial statements, the data that has been processed is then will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS processing tool, namely SmartPLS version 4. Data collection method in this study using documentation method, by tracing and collecting secondary data. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing and intervening testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Liquidity (CR) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), (2) Liquidity (CR) has a significant negative effect on Leverage (DER), (3) Leverage (DER) has a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROE), (4) Leverage (DER) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), (5) Profitability (ROE) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), (6) Leverage (DER) is able to mediate the relationship of Liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV) as a partial mediation, and (7) Leverage (DER) & Profitability (ROE) is able to mediate the relationship of Liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV) as a partial mediation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Likuiditas yang diproxykan dengan Current Ratio (CR) dengan Nilai Perusahaan yang diproxykan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) melalui Leverage yang diproxykan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Profitabilitas yang diproxykan dengan Return On Equity (ROE) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dan masih bertahan dalam Indeks LQ45 Non-Bank selama periode 2016-2020 berjumlah 22 perusahaan, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling melalui penggunaan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan, data yang telah diolah kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS yaitu SmartPLS Versi4. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan dan mengkaji data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial, uji hipotesis, dan uji intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (2) Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Leverage (DER), (3) Leverage (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROE), (4) Leverage (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (5) Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), Leverage (DER) mampu memediasi hubungan Likuiditas (CR) dengan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) secara partial mediation, serta Leverage (DER) dan Profitabilitas (ROE) mampu memediasi hubungan Likuiditas (CR) dengan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) secara partial mediation. | |||||||||
