Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the methods of Visual Encounter Survey (VES) and Quadrat Sampling for measurement of amphibian diversity (order Anura) Handeuleum Island Ujung Kulon National Park (TNUK). The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data analysis techniques using t-test (t-test) to test the hypothesis and using the Shannon-Wiener index to determine the diversity of amphibians. The results showed that there are two species of amphibians are of Polypedates leucomystax (Rhacophoridae) and Fejervarya cancrivora (Ranidae). Amphibian diversity index of Handeuleum Island included in the low category. In addition, the results showed that the comparison between Visual Encounter Survey (VES) and Quadrat Sampling was not significantly different. The results of this study also implemented as a learning resource in the form of Student Activity Sheet (LKS) for high school students. The average value of the feasibility test of Student Activity Sheet is 84.71% excellent category used to be used as a source of learning on learning in high school subconcepts Amphibians for 10th graduate.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode Visual Encounter Survey (VES) dan Quadrat Sampling untuk pengukuran keragaman amfibi (ordo Anura) di Pulau Handeuleum Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon (TNUK). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu Amfibi Pulau Handeuleum dengan sampel penelitian yaitu Amfibi di zona pemanfaatan dan zona rimba. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t (ttest) untuk menguji hipotesis dan menggunakan indeks Shannon-Wiener untuk mengetahui tingkat keragaman Amfibi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 2 jenis amfibi yang termasuk kedalam Famili Rhacophoridae dan Ranidae. Diantaranya Polypedates leucomystax dan Fejervarya cancrivora. Hasil perhitungan indeks keanekaragaman Amfibi di Pulau Handeuleum termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbandingan metode Visual Encounter Survey (VES) dan Quadrat Sampling tidak berbeda nyata. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya diimplementasikan sebagai sumber belajar dalam bentuk Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) untuk siswa sekolah menengah atas. Nilai rata-rata uji kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa adalah 84,71% kategori sangat baik digunakan untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pada pembelajaran subkonsep Amfibia di SMA Kelas X. | |||||||||
