Abstract

Dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional, desa merupakan lembaga pemerintahan terdepan yang dapat menjangkau kelompok sasaran utama kesejahteraan, yaitu dengan membentuk badan usaha atau yang disebut Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Namun masih banyak desa di Indonesia yang belum membentuk BUMDes, sedangkan BUMDes yang telah terbentuk belum semuanya berjalan maksimal, salah satunya terjadi pada BUMDes Karya Mandiri di Desa Sambilawang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan dan Pengolahan BUMDes di Desa Sambilawang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Van Meter dan Implementasi Van Horn dalam Agustino (2020: 151-153). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dan pengelolaan BUMDes Sambilawang masih belum optimal baik karena faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Salah satu faktor internal adalah kurangnya komitmen dari para pelaksana dan salah satu penyebab faktor eksternal adalah kurangnya perhatian yang diberikan oleh pemerintah di atasnya baik dari segi anggaran maupun pengawasan.

Additional Information:	In an effort to achieve national development goals, the village is a leading government institution that can reach the main target group for welfare, namely by forming business entities or what are called Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). However, there are still many villages in Indonesia that have not yet formed BUMDes, while not all of the BUMDes that have been formed have run optimally, one of which happened to BUMDes Karya Mandiri in Sambilawang Village. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Evaluation of the Implementation of Management and Processing of BUMDes in Sambilawang Village. The theory used in this study is Van Meter's theory and Van Horn's implementation in Agustino (2020: 151-153). The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that the management and management of Sambilawang BUMDes is still not optimal either due to internal factors or external factors. One of the internal factors is the lack of commitment from the executors and one of the causes of the external factor is the lack of attention given by the government above them both in terms of budget and supervision.
