Abstract
Farming in Bulakan Village, Gunung Kencana Sub-district applies a system of multiple cropping corn plants with cassava based on farmer corporations that began in 2018 until now. Corn production starting from 2018 has a significant change compared to the previous year, this is due to the corporate program. The purpose of this study was to analyze production costs, income and efficiency of farming multiple cropping corn plants with cassava. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method with the research location in Bulakan Village, Gunung Kencana Sub-district. The research instrument used in this study used a questionnaire with a survey method. The sampling techniques in this study used simple random sampling method so that the number of samples was 38 farmers who do multiple cropping corn plants with cassava. Analysis of the data used include analysis of costs, income and farming efficiency. The results showed that the total cost of farming multiple cropping corn plants with cassava was Rp. 18,840,645/ha with fixed costs of Rp. 1,984,144/ha and variable costs of Rp. 16,856,531. The income earned is Rp. 7.421.338/ha. Farming multiple cropping of corn plants with cassava is efficient because the value of R/C> 1, which has an R/C ratio of 1.40, which means that every Rp. 1 costs incurred by farmers, it will be followed by additional revenue of Rp. 1.40 and obtain a profit of Rp. 0.40, t means that intercropping corn with cassava in Bulakan Village, Gunung Kencana Subdistrict, Lebak Regency, Banten Province is feasible to develop because the farm is economically profitable.

| Additional Information: | Usahatani di Desa Bulakan, Kecamatan Gunung Kencana menerapkan sistem tumpang gilir tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu berbasis korporasi petani yang dimulai sejak tahun 2018 hingga saat ini. Produksi jagung mulai dari tahun 2018 mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya, hal ini dikarenakan adanya program korporasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, pendapatan dan efisiensi usahatani tumpang gilir tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Desa Bulakan, Kecamatan Gunung Kencana. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 petani yang melakukan tumpang gilir tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis biaya, pendapatan, dan efisiensi usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya usahatani tumpang gilir tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu yaitu sebesar Rp. 18.840.645/ha dengan biaya tetap sebesar Rp. 1.984.144/ha dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp. 16.856.531. Pendapatan yang diperoleh yaitu Rp. Rp. 7.421.338/ha. usahatani sistem tumpang gilir tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu efisien karena nilai R/C > 1 yaitu memiliki nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,40 yang berarti setiap Rp. 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh petani, maka akan diikuti penambahan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1,40 dan memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp. 0,40, artinya usahatani tumpangsari tanaman jagung dengan ubi kayu di Desa Bulakan, Kecamatan Gunung Kencana, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten layak untuk dikembangkan karena usahatani tersebut secara ekonomi menguntungkan. | |||||||||
