Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of managing the Cikadu tourism village which has a lot of potential but has not been managed properly. This requires synergistic stakeholder collaboration in tourism management so that it continues to grow and be sustainable. For this reason, this study aims to describe how the collaboration process is in the Cikadu Tourism Village by using the concept of collaborative governance. The concept of collaborative governance in this study uses theory from Ansell and Gash (2008) which has several dimensions such as initial condition dimensions, institutional design dimensions, facility leadership dimensions and collaborative process dimensions. The method used is descriptive qualitative method which later aims to be able to describe the research results from the data obtained in the field. The results of the research show that, in managing Cikadu tourism with the concept of collaborative governance involving the government, private sector, and also the community, the implementation of collaboration has not been maximized so that it has an impact on tourism villages that are difficult to grow and be sustainable. This is due to the fact that in the field the implementation of collaboration has not been maximized due to less than optimal commitment and every actor involved in managing the Cikadu tourism village in carrying out their duties and roles tends to be indifferent.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi fenomena pengelolaan desa wisata cikadu yang memiliki banyak potensi namun belum terkelola dengan baik. Hal ini diperlukan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan yang sinergis dalam pengelolaan pariwisata agar tetap tumbuh dan berkelanjutan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana proses kolaborasi yang ada di desa wisata cikadu dengan menggunakan konsep collaborative governance. Konsep collaborative governance dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Ansell dan Gash (2008) yang memiliki beberapa dimensi seperti dimensi kondisi awal, dimensi desain kelembagaan, dimensi kepemimpinan fasilitas dan dimensi proses kolaboratif. metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang nantinya bertujuan untuk dapat menggambarkan hasil penelitian dari data yang didapatkan di lapangan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian bahwa, dalam pengelolaan wisata cikadu dengan konsep collaborative governance yang melibatkan sector pemerintah, swasta, dan juga masyarakat bahwasannya pelaksanaan kolaborasi belum maksimal sehingga berdampak pada desa wisata yang sulit tumbuh dan berkelanjutan. Hal ini karena fakta di lapangan pelaksanaan kolaborasi belum maksimal karena komitmen yang kurang maksimal dan setiap aktor yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata cikadu dalam menjalankan tugas dan perannya cenderung acuh.
