Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Motivation,and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya Serang City. The method used is quantitative method, and causality research design. The sample used was 100 respondents who were taken with the saturated sample method and the data analysis method used a variance-based structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) or partial least square (PLS) 3.0. The result of this study show that transformational leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational cultural has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. With 84 percent of employee performance variables explained by variables of transformational leadership, motivation and organizatonal culture, while the remaining 16 percent is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dan desain penelitian kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh dan metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling – SEM) berbasis varian atau partial least square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan 84 persen variabel Kinerja Karyawan dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan budaya organisasi, sementara sisanya 16 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
