Abstract

This research is focused on finding the effect of leadership style on employee  performance, the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and the influence of leadership style and organizational climate on employee  performance at Suradita Health Center, Tangerang Regency. The theories used  are leadership style theory according to Dennis and Bocarnea (2005),  organizational climate theory according to Lirwin and Stringer (1968) and  employee performance theory according to Bernardin and Russel (2001). This  research uses an associative method with quantitative approach. The sampling  technique used saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of the  Suradita Health Center totaling 65 people. Data collection using a questionnaire  in paper form distributed to all employees. Data processing uses multiple linear  regression with the help of SPSS 24 to determine the effect of independent  variables on dependent variables. The test results show that the significance  probability value for the effect of leadership style (X1) on employee performance  (Y) is 0.365 > 0.05 and the t value is 0.913 < t table 2.297 which means that  partially the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance,  then the significance probability value for the effect of organizational climate  (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the t value is 8.456 < t  table 2.297 which means that partially the organizational climate has a  significant effect on employee performance, and the significance value for the  effect of leadership style (X1) and organizational climate (X2) simultaneously or  combined on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of F count  81.680 > F table 3.143, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of leadership  style and organizational climate simultaneously on employee performance. Additional Information: Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mencari pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap  kinerja pegawai, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai serta  pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di  Puskesmas Suradita, Kabupaten Tangerang. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori gaya  kepemimpinan menurut Dennis dan Bocarnea (2005), teori iklim organisasi  menurut Lirwin dan Stringer (1968) dan teori kinerja pegawai menurut Bernardin  dan Russel (2001). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik  sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Suradita yang berjumlah 65  orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk kertas yang  disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear  berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 24 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel  indepeden terhadap variabel depeden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai  probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja  pegawai (Y) sebesar 0.365 > 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 0.913 < t tabel 2.297 yang  berarti secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kinerja pegawai, lalu nilai probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh iklim  organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t  hitung 8.456 > t tabel 2.297 yang berarti secara parsial iklim organisasi memiliki  pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta nilai signifikasi untuk  pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan iklim organisasi (X2) secara simultan atau  gabungan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) yaitu sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F  hitung 81.680 > F tabel 3.143 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat  pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara simultan terhadap  kinerja pegawai.
