Abstract

This study aims to produce an integrated E-module for the natural tsunami disaster suitable for use in physics subjects on mechanical waves. Integrating the natural tsunami disaster into physics material can make learning contextual. So that students not only get knowledge about the physics material being taught but also add new knowledge about earth and space science related to the tsunami disaster and its mitigation. The research method used is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The research instrument used was a product feasibility test assessment sheet and student and teacher response sheets. The subjects of the limited trial consisted of 25 students from class XI.1 at SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Through the due diligence assessment conducted by three experts, an average value of 96% was obtained with a very valid category. The results of the responses of students and teachers obtained an average score of 84% and 92%, with both categories being very good. These results indicate that the integrated E-module of the natural tsunami disaster is very suitable for teaching material on mechanical wave material. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-modul terintegrasi bencana alam tsunami yang layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran fisika materi gelombang mekanik. Dengan mengintegrasikan bencana alam tsunami ke dalam materi fisika dapat membuat pembelajaran bersifat kontekstual. Sehingga peserta didik tidak hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai materi fisika yang diajarkan tetapi juga menambah pengetahuan baru mengenai ilmu bumi dan ruang berkaitan dengan bencana tsunami dan mitigasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar penilaian uji kelayakan produk serta lembar respon peserta didik dan guru. Subjek uji coba terbatas terdiri dari 25 orang peserta didik kelas XI.1 di SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Melalui penilaian uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh tiga orang ahli diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 96% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil respon peserta didik dan guru masing-masing memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84% dan 92% dengan kategori keduanya sangat baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa E-modul terintegrasi bencana alam tsunami sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada materi gelombang mekanik.
