Abstract
Educational resources telematics is essentially required by junior high school students to meet learning needs. Educational needs of junior high school students face every day in the learning process. The existence of MCAP program District Serang as Telematics Education Resources is expected to meet the needs of rapid learning. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The theory used is the Diffusion of Innovations theory where there is a new discovery, and in spread through the mass media, will influence the masses to following .Because main purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of Educational Telematics for students junior high school in Serang District conducted by Dishubkominfo Serang District. authors collected data through observation, interviews. Informants in this study is a member of the Serang District Dishubkominfo active role in the activities of MCAP and student junior high school MCAP users. methods used in conducting MCAP is by visiting junior schools in Serang District. The results show that MCAP program implemented Dishubkominfo Serang District there is a difference in educating the students every Month. Proficiency level differences caused by obstacles or constraints they experience diverse. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 2015 Sumber edukasi telematika pada hakikatnya dibutuhkan oleh Siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an guna memenuhi kebutuhan belajar. Siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an menghadapi kebutuhan Edukasi setiap hari dalam proses belajar mengajar. Adanya Program Mcap Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Serang sebagai Sumber Edukasi Telematika diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan belajar yang cepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Difusi Inovasi dimana terjadi penemuan baru, lalu di sebarkan melalui media massa, akan mempengaruhi massa untuk mengikutinya.Karena tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang Edukasi Telematika bagi siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an yang dilakukan oleh Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Serang. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan observasi, wawancara. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Serang yang berperan aktif dalam kegiatan Mcap serta siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an pengguna Mcap. cara yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Mcap adalah dengan cara mendatangi Sekolah SMP Bayt Qur’an yang ada di Kabupaten Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Program Mcap yang dilaksanakan Dishubkominfo Kab. Serang. terdapat perbedaan dalam mengedukasi para siswa setiap Bulannya. Perbedaan tesebut disebabkan karena hambatan atau kendala yang mereka alami beragam. Kondisi Edukasi Telematika yang di hadapi para siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an setelah menggunakan Mcap dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. karena dengan adanya Program Mcap Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Serang membuat para siswa/i SMP Bayt Qur’an sadar akan pentingnya sebuah pengetahuan telematika.
