Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the pedagogical competence of instructors in training learning at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Bogor City. (2) determine the factors that influence the pedagogical competence of instructors at the UPTD of the Bogor City Vocational Training Center. (3) to determine the work readiness of trainees at the UPTD of the Bogor City Vocational Training Center. The method used in this research is descriptive method on qualitative approach, the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources are data from journal documents and literature articles related to this research, and primary data sources are data sources obtained from interviews with 4 instructors and 4 trainees. data collection techniques in this study using three techniques, namely, interviews, observation and documentation studies. There are also three data analysis techniques used in this study, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study include: (1) Most of the instructors know about their pedagogical competence. (2) The instructors at the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor are influenced by two factors, namely internally and externally, so that the implementation of this learning is said to be feasible even though in terms of qualifications it is still lacking (3) All trainees can be said to be ready to work.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik instruktur pada pembelajaran pelatihan di UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor. (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik instruktur di UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor. (3) mengetahui kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif pada pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data yang digunakan ada sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder merupakan datadata dari dokumen jurnal dan literatur artikel yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, dan sumber data primer merupakan sumber data yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dengan 4 orang instruktur dan 4 orang peserta pelatihan. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini juga ada tiga, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu : (1) Dari sebagian besar instruktur mengetahui tentang kompetensi pedagogiknya. (2) Instruktur yang ada di UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor ini dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu secara internal dan eksternal, sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini sudah dikatakan layak walaupun dari sisi kualifikasinya masih kurang (3) Keseluruhan peserta pelatihan dapat diakatakan siap dalam bekerja | |||||||||
