Abstract
Empowerment is an effort to build community capacity, by encouraging, motivating, awakening, awareness of the potential they have and trying to increase and develop this potential so that it becomes real. Empowerment efforts were made to overcome the problems that occurred in Muara Ciujung Barat village starting from the low skills of the community and the large number of unemployed in Muara Ciujung Barat village. To examine the process of implementing this research, it examines the problems of (1) Community Empowerment Process through Tofu Making Home Industry in Muara Ciujung, (2) Community Empowerment Efforts Through Tofu Making Home Industry, (3) Empowerment Indicators. After efforts were made to empower the community through the tofu-making home industry, the community was made aware of the importance of being empowered and also having the skills and the tofu home industry was able to provide skills related to how to produce tofu and market it so that the community was more empowered and able to improve the family economy and was able to become an independent society marked by being able to open his own home industry

| Additional Information: | Pemberdayaan adalah upaya untuk membangun kemampuan masyarakat, dengan mendorong, memotivasi, membangkitkan, kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan serta mengembangkan potensi tersebut agar menjadi nyata. Upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di kampung muara Ciujung Barat mulai dari rendahnya keterampilan masyarakat dan banyaknya pengangguran di kampung muara ciujung barat. Untuk mengkaji proses pelaksanaan penelitian ini mengkaji masalah (1) Proses Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Home Industry Pembuatan Tahu di Muara Ciujung Barat, (2) Upaya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Home Industry Pembuatan Tahu, (3) Indikator Pemberdayaan. Setelah adanya upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui home industry pembuatan tahu masyarakat tersadarkan akan pentingnya berdaya dan juga memiliki keterampilan dan home industry tahu mampu memberikan keterampilan terkait bagaimana cara memproduksi tahu sampai memasarkanya sehingga masyarakat semakin berdaya dan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dan mampu menjadi masyarakat yang mandiri yang ditandai dengan mampu membuka home industry miliknya sendiri. | |||||||||
