Abstract
Indonesia is an agricultural country with a rapidly growing agricultural sector. Vegetables are one of the leading horticultural sub-sectors in Indonesia. Vegetables have a relatively short harvest age (less than one year) and are not seasonal crops, which means that almost all types of vegetables can be found throughout the year because they do not recognize the season. However, the demand for vegetables at PD Pasar Jaya Cengkareng has decreased, especially in broccoli and tomato vegetables due to several demand factors. Vegetable prices have increased, familyincome per month is below average and the number of family members is large. This study uses a survey method using a questionnaire and determination of locations carried out purposively. This research was conducted from March to April 2023. The data used are primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study were taken by accidental sampling of 30 people in each commodity. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the price factor of broccoli vegetables, monthly family income, and the number of family members partially influenced the demand for broccoli vegetables. While the factors of monthly family income and the number of family members partially affect the demand for tomato vegetables. All factors, namely the price factor of these vegetables, the price of substitute / complementary vegetables, monthly family income and the number of family members simultaneously affect the demand for vegetables at PD Pasar Jaya Cengkareng West Jakarta.

| Additional Information: | Indonesia merupakan negara agraris dengan sektor pertanian yang berkembang pesat. Sayuran merupakan salah satu sub sektor hortikultura unggulan di Indonesia. Sayuran memiliki umur panen yang relatif pendek (kurang dari satu tahun) dan bukan merupakan tanaman musiman, yang berarti hampir semua jenis sayuran dapat ditemukan sepanjang tahun karena tidak mengenal musim. Namun, permintaan sayuran di PD Pasar Jaya Cengkareng mengalami penurunan terutama pada sayuran brokoli dan tomat karena beberapa faktor permintaan. Harga sayuran mengalami kenaikan, pendapatan keluarga per bulan di bawah rata-rata dan jumlah anggota keluarga yang banyak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Responden dalam penelitian ini diambil secara accidental sampling sebanyak 30 orang pada setiap komoditas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga sayuran brokoli, pendapatan keluarga perbulan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap permintaan sayuran brokoli. Sedangkan faktor pendapatan keluarga perbulan dan jumlah anggota keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap permintaan sayuran tomat. Semua faktor yaitu faktor harga sayuran tersebut, harga sayuran substitusi/pelengkap, pendapatan keluarga perbulan dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap permintaan sayuran tomat. | |||||||||
